- How do I pay for Indira jewelry?
We accept most credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Payment can also be made by cash on delivery or bank transfer. - Is the site secure?

Delivery
- Where does Indira deliver?
Our products can be delivered throughout Romania, as well as to most EU countries. - Who will deliver my package?
Indira collaborates with the courier companies FanCourier and Sameday to ship packages within Romania, and for international deliveries with the courier company DHL. - What is the delivery cost?
For orders over 200 RON, delivery is free. For orders not exceeding 200 RON, the delivery cost is 15 RON. - How long does it take to receive the package?
All orders placed by 2pm on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are shipped the next business day. Most orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of being shipped. During busy periods (holidays, Black Friday) shipping times can be up to 4 days. - What can I do if I failed to receive the package on the first attempt?
In the case of packages delivered via FanCourier that could not be delivered to the recipient, the courier will make a second delivery attempt. - Can I track the status of my order shipment?
Of course! For all orders shipped through Fan Courier you can track the status of the shipment by checking the AWB which you can find in your order history.
Returns
- Can I return the jewelry I purchased?
Yes! We want all our customers to have only jewelry that they are completely delighted with. If the purchased jewelry is not to your liking for any reason, you can exchange/return it for free directly from your account. - The jewelry I purchased was personalized, can I return it?
Personalized jewelry either at the time of purchase or subsequently cannot be returned according to GEO 34/2014: art 16. paragraph c). - How do I return Indira jewelry?
To provide you with a pleasant experience from start to finish, we have created a simple exchange/return process, and in just a few clicks everything is ready. Complete the return form in your account within 30 days of receiving the jewelry, and we will send a courier to the address you provided to pick up the package with the jewelry, and, if necessary, bring the exchange jewelry. -
Do I need to make a request to a shipping company to pick up the return?
No, this is not necessary. The return pickup request is made automatically at the time of the return request depending on your preferences, with pickup or delivery to easybox. - I threw away the documents that came with the jewelry, what can I do?
If the documents received with the jewelry are missing, you can send the return without them. - How do I hand over the package to the courier?
It is necessary that the products to be returned are properly packaged, both in the jewelry storage box and in the shipping box. The package must be sealed, either by packing it in a shipping envelope or by taping it, so that the contents are not lost during transport. - Do I need to print an AWB for my return?
The courier will generate an AWB for your package as soon as it comes into his possession. -
When will the courier come to pick up the return?
Unfortunately, the courier company does not offer the option to schedule the return pickup from customers. Couriers are responsible for managing this aspect. - How will I receive a refund for the returned order?
In the case of orders paid by bank card or bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made. In the case of orders paid by Ramburs, you must provide us with your bank details in IBAN format so that we can refund the amount to your account. - How long will it take for me to get my money back?
We will refund the amount paid for the jewelry as soon as we have it back in our possession. Transfer processing may vary depending on the bank from one day to 4-5 days.
Materials
- What materials do you use to make Indira jewelry?
When it comes to silver, the only alloy we use is 925. Our offer also includes numerous silver jewelry plated with Rose Gold, Yellow Gold or Rhodium. These additional materials give the jewelry unique features, starting with the special appearance in the case of Gold, and ending with an extra resistance to wear when we think of Rhodium.
You will often find semi-precious stones in our products. They are always natural and of the highest quality, which you can see by observing the small peculiarities of each piece of jewelry. This way, you will receive something unique every time you choose semi-precious stones.
Also, among the materials we use is gold. Solid or just in plywood, this material has the quality of being particularly resistant to external factors and wear.
- Will silver jewelry oxidize?
Silver, no matter how much it is treated or how well it is cared for, will show signs of oxidation sooner or later. If you notice the signs left by this process on the surface of your jewelry, this is not a cause for concern, but a completely normal reaction. A simple jewelry cloth will successfully remove any trace of residue.
